A dedicated web portal provides customer the following informations:

  • Service informations (vessel identifier, satellite modem s/n, IP plan, service class)
  • Usage historical data (traffic graphs) and signal levels
  • Near-real time (5-minute timeframe) data on terminal status (acquired/out of network), geo-localization (textual and map-based), active TCP sessions
  • satellite modem reachability / latency test (via ping)
